Château Picon 1070 Rouge 2018 Bordeaux Supérieur - Vin roșu AOP Bordeaux supérieur

Here's the English translation: ORIGIN Red Wine Bordeaux Supérieur The earliest references to the foundation of the Seigneurie de Picon vineyard date back to 1070. For nine centuries, the estate has rarely changed ownership, reflecting a tradition of preserving its land heritage. Over the years, the vineyard has been gradually replanted, and the winery has been fully renovated and adapted to modern vinification techniques. Château Picon is located in the commune of Eynesse, near the bastide of Sainte-Foy-la-Grande. The majestic 81-hectare estate is nestled on a plateau overlooking the Dordogne Valley. It benefits from an exceptional terroir, characterized by a gravelly surface soil and clay-limestone subsoil. The vines, averaging 35 years of age, are predominantly south-facing. They are arranged in a contiguous layout around the château and the winery.
